Finished Nanomango Challenge!

30 finished colored pages.  Best part is that I am 18 pages away from the end of Witch’s Quarry book 1.

I’m totally celebrating with general tso’s tofu tomorrow after work. 

I’m currently at 20/30 finished pages for the nanomango challenge! with two weeks left in june I’m totally coasting. Hurrah!

I’m super excited to be starting chapter 6 this week.  I’ve been dying to draw it since chapter 4 and now it’s here already.  I get to introduce some major themes, knights from Hounswel and I get to color Deshad. Whooopie~!!!

Witch’s Quarry!

So I should have totally posted about this at the beginning of the month but…shooooot if time doesn’t fly like crazy when you are trying to get 30 color pages done in a month along with working a job and second project.

I’m too lazy/busy/stupid to join livejournal so I’ve been joining in the nanomango threads on smackjeeves and fantasycomicportal.  I find it inspiring to see other artists busting ass on their comics/pages.  I originally thought this would be the usual pace for me, but man…if color isn’t TESTING me hardcore.

I have a terrible habit of sitting cross legged all the time.  I have terrible circulation, and now my left foot is always sore from me sitting on it.  I tried wearing fuzzy house socks.  I tried wearing slippers.  I tried wearing two pairs of socks and slippers.  Nope I keep wanting to sit on my freaking feet.
